Soupe aux oeufs et aux champignons

Ingredients

  • 1,5 litres de bouillon de poulet
  • 2 oeufs battus
  • 4 champignons parfumés préalablemente trempés dans l'eau, tranchés en lamelles
  • 2 oignons verts hachés fins
  • 30 ml (2 cuillèrée à soupe) de sauce soja clair
  • sel et poivre
  • 100 g de jambon émincé, ou de crevettes en morceaux

Preparation

  • Amener le bouillon de poulet à ébullition.
  • Ajouter les champignons, la sauce soja et le jambon; saler, poivrer.
  • Verser les oeufs battus en remuant le bouillon.
  • Pour servir, ajouter les oignons verts.
