Sake of Glutinous Rice

Ingredients

  • Wine Yeast 3pc
  • Glutinous Rice 1.5kg
  • Porcelain Recipient with cover

Preparation

  • Cook glutinous rice in 2.5l of water
  • Before the complete cooling, turn to disperse the rice, let cool for 3min
  • Disolve 3pc of wine yeast in 1l of water
  • Mix it with the cooked rice, mix them wel.
  • Cover the recipient at a temperature of 25-30°C during 3 days
  • The Rice wine is ready to be drunk if it smells well.
