Ingredients

  • 900 g de riz parfumé cuit à l'eau
  • 125 g de viandes émincées de porc ou de poulet, ou de jambon cuit
  • 125 g de fèves germées ou de soja germé
  • ciboule coupée en morceaux
  • 3 oeufs battus
  • 30 ml (2 cuillèrée à soupe) de sauce soja
  • sel et poivre

Preparation

  • Préparer le riz la veille.
  • Dans un wok chaud, verser de l'huile, puis les fèves germées, les oeufs battus, les viandes émincées et le riz égrainé. Ajouter la ciboule et la sauce soja. Remuer le tout et servir chaud.
