Ingredients

  • 500g de Riz long, parfumé ou non
  • 3 Œufs
  • 150g de petits pois
  • 100g de Saucisses chinoises + 100g de Jambon Ou
  • 200g de petites crevettes
  • Sel au goût

Preparation

  • Faire cuire le riz relativement dur en mettant moins d'eau que d'habitude
  • Chauffer l'huile d'arachide
  • Mixer l'œuf dans l'huile chaude
  • Mélanger d'autre ingédients: Saucisses chinoises + Jambon ou crevettes, petis pois
  • Faire sauter pendant 10 Mn
  • Mettre du sel
