Ingredients

  • 150g de Farine de Tempura
  • 500g de Crevettes
  • 1l d'Huile à Frire
  • Friteuse

Preparation

  • Mélanger la farine de tempura avec 300ml d'eau sans ajouter assaisonnement.
  • Tremper crevettes. Calamars, Poissons, Crabes, Porc, Poulet ou Légumes dans la Pâte
  • Faire Frire dans l'Huile Chaude jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient dorés
  • Placer les produits frits dans une assiette de cuisine pour enlever l'excès d'huile
  • Servir chaud.
