Ingredients

  • SAUCE
  • 15 ml (1 cuillérée à soupe) de fécule de maïs ou de fécule de manioc
  • 30 ml (2 cuillérée à soupe) de sauce aux huîtres
  • 150 ml d'eau
  • sel au goût

Preparation

  • SAUCE
  • Mélanger la fécule de maïs avec la sauce aux huîtres, l'eau et le sel.
  • Verser le mélange dans une casserole, à feu modéré, en remuant le tout jusqu'à ébullition.
  • Répartir la sauce sur les boulettes de viande.
